Documents are important
We had a customer this morning argue with us about a hospital certificate of birth. This is NOT an acceptable DMV document. They want a birth certificate from the town you were born in.
When pressed that this is not on the DMV website, we showed the customer that this is indeed noted on the Real ID Document Checklist.
We are using this as a teachable moment for future customers.
