The Connecticut Small Business Development Center (CTSBDC) provides advising, training, and resources to help Connecticut’s business start, grow, and thrive. We have a staff of full-time, paid business advisors throughout the state to provide no-cost advising and other services to new and existing business owners.

The Office of the Assessor maintains an up-to-date inventory of all property, including land and improvements, changes in ownership, new construction, alterations to property and subdivisions filed as of the assessment date.
We also maintain the personal property lists by owner and businesses as well as Connecticut-registered motor vehicles and owners.

We are currently looking for Chamber members to hold free Business Counseling Sessions. These sessions are open to members and the public as part of our continued process of empowering and encouraging start-ups and elevating established businesses.
